Senior Proposal Engineer - Multidisciplinary Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Engineer to lead the development of technical and financial proposals for large‑scale multidisciplinary engineering projects. This role manages the entire proposal lifecycle, from analyzing RFPs to preparing cost estimates and schedules, while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical and financial proposal development for large‑scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Implement and manage go/no‑go evaluation frameworks.
• Standardize proposal processes, templates, and documentation.
• Prepare cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and BIM‑integrated schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in proposal lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in mentoring junior engineers.
• Exceptional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing go/no‑go evaluation frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of standardizing proposal processes.
