Senior Operations Officer – Maternity Cover (Saudi Market)

About the role

The Senior Operations Officer will ensure smooth ordering of products and timely delivery to distributors across the Saudi market. This is a maternity‑cover position (August‑October) that requires close coordination with finance, vendors, and internal teams to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with finance to prepare documentation for insurance claims and manage credit limits.
• Process daily orders with vendors, track shipments, and ensure deliveries meet agreed lead times.
• Maintain and update order processing files in line with company policies.
• Liaise with suppliers for asset acquisition, IT licences, and issue purchase orders.
• Onboard new distributors, handle operational inquiries, and conduct compliance checks with the Audit department.
• Ensure distributors meet export compliance requirements and manage asset records in the system.
• Book projects, issue invoices and delivery notes, and perform revenue recognition per contract terms.
• Perform spot checks on warehouse activities and manage purchase order cost sheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in collections, procurement, logistics, or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi market operational requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
