Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

About the role

The Senior Odoo Functional Consultant will lead the analysis of business requirements, engage stakeholders, and design functional solutions for Odoo ERP implementations in Lebanon. You will translate complex business needs into scalable, upgrade‑safe configurations while ensuring alignment with Odoo best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end requirements gathering through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
• Analyse client business models, workflows, reporting needs and identify inefficiencies.
• Translate business needs into clear, prioritized functional requirements and design solutions using Odoo standard features.
• Evaluate configuration, customization, and integration options, articulating trade‑offs and long‑term impact.
• Produce high‑quality Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and functional flow diagrams.
• Maintain version control, ensure stakeholder validation and sign‑off on all functional deliverables.
• Act as the primary functional point of contact, mediate between business users and technical teams, and educate clients on Odoo capabilities.
• Support project managers with scope, effort estimation and risk identification.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead stakeholder workshops.
• Excellent communication skills to convey functional designs to both business and technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on scalable, upgrade‑safe solutions.
