Senior Manager Sales Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales Business Development to lead revenue growth and expand our global presence in academic services. This full‑time remote position will shape and execute sales strategies, identify new markets and build lasting relationships with institutions and individual learners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and business development plans aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue new market segments, partnership opportunities and client acquisition channels worldwide.
• Manage sales operations including target setting, pipeline management, performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, tutoring operations and customer service to ensure product‑market fit and high client satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends, prepare forecasts and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in business development or sales leadership, preferably within education or e‑learning.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, market trends and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for remote, cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in setting measurable sales objectives, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
