Senior Go High Level CRM Developer

About the role

Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC is seeking a Senior Go High Level CRM Developer to join its remote team. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and optimizing the Go High Level platform to support lead management, student onboarding, and lifecycle nurturing workflows across a global tutoring operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation sequences, pipelines, and funnels within Go High Level.
• Build and maintain integrations between Go High Level and third‑party tools such as email, payment, scheduling, and messaging platforms.
• Ensure reliable data flow, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and tutoring teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to improve CRM usability and support data‑driven decision making.
• Proactively recommend enhancements to support growth and improve the experience for students and staff.

Required profile

• Strong background in software development with hands‑on experience customizing SaaS CRM platforms.
• Proven experience configuring pipelines, automations, and funnels for lead capture and nurturing.
• Experience working in EdTech, online tutoring, or service‑based businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
