Senior Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Liaison is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to lead a scrum team building highly scalable, multi‑tenant web applications for higher‑education institutions. You will shape product features, mentor developers, and ensure the reliability of critical enrollment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise‑grade, high‑volume web and data platforms using cloud services (AWS or GCP).
• Build and maintain APIs and business logic with C#.NET, Docker, and RabbitMQ.
• Create responsive user interfaces with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js and React.js.
• Participate in solution design sessions with product, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot critical issues, and guide infrastructure needs.
• Mentor front‑end and back‑end developers, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Evaluate, prototype, and recommend new software solutions to improve performance and scalability.
• Develop unit and integration tests, applying Test‑Driven Development practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in an Agile scrum environment.
• Strong background in C# and .NET development (8+ years).
• Extensive experience with AWS services (EKS, SQS, ECS, Redis Cache) and cloud‑native design patterns.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis, Elastic, MongoDB).
• Hands‑on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
