Software Developer – Banking IT

About the role
The position is responsible for maintaining and developing the bank's software environment. You will implement new modules, support end‑users, and contribute to IT projects aligned with the bank’s strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, design and develop queries, reports and statistics for the bank system.
- Develop and test new or modified software modules.
- Provide technical support for users of the bank system and internally developed applications.
- Participate in departmental projects as requested by the Acting IT Manager.
- Ensure personal data processing complies with data‑protection legislation and bank policies.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of professional experience in software development.
- Ability to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data‑protection regulations.
Required skills
- ASP.NET development (VB or C#).
- API design and integration.
- SQL Server database management.
- Reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL Server BI, Crystal Reports, Power BI Report Server.
- Python (optional).
- AI Agent technologies (optional).
