Assistant Project Manager – Client Services

About the role

As a Client Services Assistant Project Manager you will work closely with the delivery Project Manager to implement Murex solution systems and contribute to strategic internal projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute project delivery methodologies and processes, including best practices.
• Lead delivery activities such as backlog monitoring, sprint planning, drop and binary deliveries, and case management for internal or client projects.
• Ensure optimal project quality and client satisfaction by defining, maintaining, and deploying delivery processes.
• Consolidate and analyse project status reports, budget status and key performance indicators.
• Facilitate cross‑stream collaboration among Client Services, Product Development and Project Administration.
• Contribute to quality framework definition and continuous improvement.
• Provide lessons learned and help capitalise knowledge from client projects.

Required profile

• Computer Science or Computer Engineering degree preferred.
• 3‑4 years of project management experience in software or banking domains.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative, curiosity and enthusiasm.
• Previous experience in project implementation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings.
