Senior BIM MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BIM MEP Engineer to lead the creation, coordination and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) BIM models for large‑scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed‑use and high‑rise projects. The role requires deep expertise in Revit MEP, clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination to ensure projects meet international BIM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models in Revit, covering HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power and low‑current systems.
• Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural and other engineering disciplines and lead BIM coordination meetings.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage, analyse conflicts and propose engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documentation, installation details and as‑built drawings.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans, BIM standards, quality‑assurance procedures and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client BIM protocols.
• Mentor and supervise BIM engineers and modelers, review deliverables and support project managers to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 + years of BIM MEP experience on high‑rise, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale international projects.
