Restoration Technician

About the role

Join Servpro of Wilson County as a Restoration Technician and help restore homes and businesses after fire, water, or storm damage. You’ll work hands‑on, tackle challenges directly, and make a tangible difference for customers during their toughest moments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and assist with restoration projects.
• Prepare job sites, set up equipment, and ensure flawless cleanup.
• Maintain a tidy vehicle, warehouse, and workspace.
• Communicate with the Crew Chief to guarantee top‑notch service.
• Follow SERVPRO® guidelines to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with a professional, quality‑focused team.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Physical stamina – regularly lift up to 50 lb (100 lb with assistance).
• Ability to work in tight spaces, at heights, and various environments.
• High school diploma/GED required; certifications such as IICRC are a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Required skills

• IICRC certification (optional but preferred).
