Senior Backend Solutions Engineer

About the role

Exquitech is seeking a Senior Backend Solutions Engineer with deep .NET and Azure expertise. The role blends hands‑on development with solution design, cloud architecture, and technical leadership, allowing you to shape the technical direction of multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable backend solutions.
• Design clean, extensible, maintainable, and secure systems and APIs.
• Act as the backend technical owner for assigned projects, guiding developers and ensuring quality.
• Build the technical skeleton of new initiatives and distribute responsibilities across the team.
• Develop cloud‑hosted middleware, enterprise integrations (CRM/ERP), and backend platforms for web and mobile applications.
• Participate in architecture decisions, estimation, and implementation planning.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven .NET and Azure experience.
• Strong background in solution design, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor junior developers.
• Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and adoption of modern tools.
