Senior Back End Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Back‑End Developer to join our on‑site team on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable back‑end services and APIs for enterprise applications, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain .NET/C# back‑end applications and services.
• Create and manage secure, scalable RESTful APIs.
• Develop complex business logic and application workflows.
• Design and optimise database structures, queries, and stored procedures using SQL.
• Integrate systems with internal databases and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across existing applications.
• Optimise performance, scalability, security, and reliability of applications.
• Participate in architectural decisions and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Back‑End or Software Developer.
• Strong expertise in .NET/C# and RESTful API design.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Solid understanding of OOP, software architecture, and design principles.
• Experience with system integrations, performance optimisation, and debugging.
• Good grasp of application security best practices.
• Familiarity with Git version control; Agile/Scrum experience is a plus.
