Senior Art Director

About the role

WonderEight is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead visual design and branding initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on creative execution, shaping brand identities and packaging concepts for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide artistic leadership to the design team, fostering innovative and high‑impact visual solutions.
• Develop and present creative concepts, graphics, illustrations, layouts and multimedia assets that align with client objectives.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards and project timelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with account managers, copywriters, external vendors and production teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and packaging design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative rationale to clients.
• Leadership mindset with a track record of mentoring and guiding creative teams.
