Senior AI Full Stack Software Developer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Software Developer to join its Lebanon team. The role blends deep Java backend expertise with modern TypeScript/JavaScript front‑end development, while leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features across the full stack using Java for the backend and TypeScript/JavaScript for the frontend.
• Utilise AI coding assistants and related tooling for code generation, review, refactoring, and test creation.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions in collaboration with the Software Architect and SysOps colleagues.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Analyse and fix defects reported by the second‑level support team.
• Work with QA to address verification issues before rollouts.
• Create unit, performance, and integration tests with AI support.
• Analyse user metrics and propose product improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience or a degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Proven ability to work with AI‑assisted development tools in a production environment.
