About the role

AirSight is seeking a full‑time Monitoring and Support Specialist to join its security operations team in Antelias. You will work in real‑time, assessing drone detections, supporting platform users, and making rapid decisions that protect client assets.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor dashboards and live system alerts for aerial threats.
• Validate incoming detections using multiple data layers and decide on escalation.
• Provide initial technical and operational support to clients, troubleshooting basic platform or connectivity issues.
• Communicate professionally with clients during active monitoring events.
• Document incidents with clear timelines, findings, and actions taken.
• Follow operational procedures while applying independent judgment when required.
• Maintain consistent attention and performance throughout assigned rotating shifts.
