Security Officer

About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to protect our premises, staff, and guests. The successful candidate will maintain a safe environment, deter theft, and respond promptly to emergencies while delivering professional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the premises to detect and prevent intrusion.
- Ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property at all times.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide necessary assistance.
- Implement company security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment.
- Report suspicious activities or incidents to management.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required.
- Maintain a detailed log of daily activities and incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; security‑related education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a security role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Calm and decisive under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
