Security Analyst – Group AP

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Security Analyst to join our Group AP team. This position offers an excellent entry‑level opportunity to work hands‑on with our information security infrastructure, protect company assets from cyber threats, and support compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and events from Bitdefender and escalate incidents as needed.
• Gather and assess IT security data to verify compliance with mandated fundamentals across the group.
• Assist in firewall administration, maintenance, and configuration.
• Support user access management, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
• Participate in incident response activities, documentation, and post‑incident reviews.
• Administer identity and access management (IAM) systems and multi‑factor authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Handle security‑related helpdesk tickets such as locked accounts and phishing reports.
• Contribute to security awareness training, phishing simulations, and communication initiatives.
• Support compliance efforts for frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and PCI‑DSS.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of companies and employees within the group.

Required profile

• College diploma in Cybersecurity or Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs).
• Familiarity with Windows operating system administration.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
