Salesperson – Paint Accessories & Decorating Products

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our Beirut store, representing Kmeid Trading’s range of paint accessories and decorating products. You will work directly with customers, helping them choose the right tools for their projects and driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in‑store and via outreach, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Present product features, prepare quotations and process orders.
• Follow up on inquiries, close sales and build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and monitor stock levels with the inventory team.
• Support merchandising by keeping displays organized and attractive.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience, preferably in retail or trade environments.
• Basic understanding of paint accessories or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple requests.
