Salesperson – Digital Solutions

About the role

eProCodes is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its team in Al Shouf District. You will be responsible for promoting the company’s end‑to‑end digital solutions—including websites, mobile apps, and custom business software—to both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective B2B clients through calls, emails, and in‑person visits.
• Present eProCodes’ portfolio, understand client needs, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and keep CRM records up to date.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate scoping and delivery.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to sales reporting and meetings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑centric, consultative approach with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent practical sales experience.
