Customer Service & Data Entry Coordinator

About the role

The Coordinator will work at Crumble confectionery in Mazraat Yachouh, handling inbound client calls, processing sales orders and supporting the delivery chain. The role combines customer service, data entry and liaison between sales, production and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from clients and generate sales orders.
• Liaise with outdoor clients, sales representatives and delivery drivers.
• Validate sales orders created by field sales staff.
• Create manufacturing orders and coordinate with the production manager on lead times.
• Communicate with delivery drivers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify stock levels.
• Prepare invoices, credit notes and process returns.
• Handle daily email correspondence with clients.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of phone calls with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM or other sales software is a plus.
