About the role

Les Amis Boutique is looking for a Sales Specialist to join its luxury retail team in Jal el Dib. The role focuses on delivering a high‑touch, personalized shopping experience while supporting daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales and meet customer preferences.
• Maintain the boutique’s cleanliness, organization, and visual‑merchandising standards.
• Develop in‑depth product knowledge to confidently answer client questions.
• Support operational tasks such as stock replenishment, inventory organization, and accurate transaction processing.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fashion and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, team‑player spirit, detail‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
