Business Development Representative – GCC Markets

About the role

You will build the top of our Gulf sales pipeline from our Antelias office, identifying and qualifying decision‑makers at importers, exporters and trading companies in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Success is measured by the number and quality of meetings you set and the pipeline they generate for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build targeted prospect lists of importers, exporters and trading companies in the UAE and KSA.
• Prospect daily using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data tools, email sequencing and cold calling.
• Run high‑volume outbound calls to engage operations, logistics and management decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads against agreed criteria (need, budget, authority, timing) before handing them over.
• Book discovery calls and demos for Account Executives and brief them on each lead.
• Log all activity, contacts and deal stages accurately in the CRM and report daily on activity.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales or lead generation role.
• Background in software sales or logistics (freight forwarder or shipping line).
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Confident on the phone, persistent and comfortable with rejection.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
