About the role

CIS College is looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Representative to promote and sell its training courses at the Byblos branch, providing support throughout the registration process and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote and sell training courses to walk‑in, phone and online leads, meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist students with registration, document verification, payment plans and course information.
  • Provide post‑registration support, handling inquiries, complaints and maintaining student relationships.
  • Prepare regular sales and inquiry reports and collaborate with marketing and academic teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service or education counseling (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and goal‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CM software (or similar CRM tools) is a plus.
