B2B Sales Intern

About the role

Join MoonDev Solutions as a B2B Sales Intern and work with a real sales queue, handling outbound outreach, pipeline research and hand‑off to closers. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full B2B funnel while using AI tools for enrichment and a structured CRM workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned personal lead queue and enrich company data using AI tools.
• Conduct structured outreach using versioned scripts (open, qualify, objection, offer, CTA).
• Log every interaction, nurture leads, or book meetings and hand them off to closers with full research history.
• Contribute to multi‑brand pipelines and track commissions on deals you helped close.

Required profile

• Students or early‑career candidates interested in B2B sales, BD, SDR/BDR or GTM.
• Comfortable with outbound communication via calls, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
• Prefer structured work environments with CRM, scripts and checklists.
• Motivated by measurable progress and willing to log all activities.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM systems and sales outreach scripts.
• Ability to research companies and create concise briefs.
• Comfort using AI enrichment tools as a co‑pilot.
