Sales Representative – Logistics Services

About the role

The Sales Representative will promote our MMO logistics services across Lebanon, actively seeking new clients and nurturing existing relationships. This field‑focused position combines prospecting, client meetings, and coordination with internal teams to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients for logistics solutions.
• Contact existing clients, schedule meetings, and address inquiries.
• Visit clients regularly to monitor service quality and gather feedback.
• Present offers, demonstrate added value, and close sales.
• Coordinate deal details with the Back‑office team.
• Deliver company presentations to prospective customers.
• Provide phone support and guidance to clients.
• Report market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks to the Commercial Director.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Submit weekly sales reports and adhere to commercial policies.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce and Q‑commerce trends.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 0‑5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
