Sales & Customer Specialist – Beauty Devices (On-site, Mkalles)

About the role

OroSkin, a fast‑growing beauty‑devices brand, is looking for a Sales & Customer Specialist to join its Beirut office. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in at‑home clinic results such as IPL hair removal, microneedling, and skincare devices, guiding them from inquiry to purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, email and Instagram and close sales.
• Advise customers on the most suitable device for their skin, hair type and routine.
• Resolve order issues, returns and warranty cases quickly and professionally.
• Follow up with past customers to upsell a second device.
• Use existing sales and customer‑service playbooks and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Genuine passion and personal experience with skincare and beauty devices.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Fast, clear writing for WhatsApp conversations and comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
• Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred, but attitude matters more than the CV.
• Based in or near Beirut and available on‑site from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
