Sales Representative – Consumer Goods

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive sales growth and market penetration for consumer goods within an assigned territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding product presence, and ensuring optimal inventory levels across retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets and continuous growth.
• Increase numerical distribution by placing products in the right retail outlets.
• Monitor client inventory, coordinate replenishment orders, and enforce merchandising standards.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and new product launches.
• Use competitor insights to strategically list and position our products.
• Prepare daily reports on sales activities, market shifts, and stock freshness.
• Identify and recruit new clients, negotiate yearly contracts, and ensure timely invoice collection.
• Collaborate with finance to monitor statements of account and process credit notes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
