Sales Manager – Future Associate Managers Program

About the role
MetLife Lebanon is launching a three‑phase Future Sales Associate Managers Program designed to fast‑track high‑potential talent into senior sales leadership. As a Sales Manager, you will progress through hands‑on sales, team building, and ultimately unit management, gaining deep expertise in insurance and financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Phase 1 – Sales Mastery: Conduct outdoor sales activities, engage directly with clients, and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Phase 2 – Team Building & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales advisors while honing coaching and management capabilities.
- Phase 3 – Leadership Acceleration: Assume the Unit Manager role, drive performance targets, and foster a high‑achieving team culture.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous team leadership experience is a plus.
