Outdoor Sales Executive

About the role

FamePass, Lebanon’s influencer barter marketplace, is seeking an energetic Outdoor Sales Executive to expand its venue partner network across the country. The role involves prospecting, meeting owners, presenting the platform, negotiating and closing partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify high‑potential venues across Lebanon
• Conduct outreach via calls, WhatsApp, networking, and field visits
• Meet venue owners and decision‑makers in person
• Present FamePass value proposition and negotiate partnership terms
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Manage leads, follow‑ups and keep CRM updated
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets
• Attend networking and industry events as required

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, nightlife, technology, media, wellness or lifestyle sectors is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities
• Proactive, confident, outgoing and target‑driven attitude
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage
• Driving licence and access to a car are advantageous
