Sales Expert – Wholesale Fashion

About the role

A growing organization in Lebanon is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the wholesale fashion industry. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, good market knowledge and the ability to build long-term relationships with retailers and distributors while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, retailers and distributors across Lebanon.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Promote fashion products and achieve sales targets to drive sales growth.
• Sell slow-moving or non-moving inventory through strategic sales initiatives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer preferences to spot new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM and SAP.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and strengthen its brand presence.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in wholesale sales within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the wholesale fashion market and distribution channels.
• Confident, with excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker who can find creative ways to move slow or non-moving stock.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM systems and SAP.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
