Sales Executive – Veterinary Segment

About the role

More than a Pet is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead its veterinary segment. You will be the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, guiding them through our product range and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and acquire new customers and buyers.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets.
• Provide daily operational feedback, market price updates, and customer insights.
• Execute product sales strategy in line with the operations manager.
• Ensure all SKUs are stocked on client shelves.
• Investigate lost sales and address customer account issues.
• Suggest marketing promotions to the sales manager.
• Coordinate with the branding team for promotional stands.
• Contribute to overall company goals and act as a role model for performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
• Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
• Minimum 3 years of sales and retail experience, preferably in the pet care industry.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in relevant product categories.
