Sales Executive - Insurance Direct Sales

About the role

Arope is looking for a Sales Executive responsible for implementing its direct sales plan to meet assigned sales goals and business objectives. The role covers promoting and marketing Arope products, acquiring and servicing new accounts, developing existing client relationships and keeping customer satisfaction and retention high.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to promote, sell and explain Arope products and services, and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage, and prepare proposals, quotations and coverage recommendations.
• Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers and assist them with policy inquiries, billing questions and service requests.
• Calculate premiums, prepare invoices, process commissions and handle premium collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Review policy renewals, claims, proposals and other accounts continuously; coordinate with the Claims Department and follow up on claims.
• Report customer complaints, service issues and dissatisfaction to the relevant departments.
• Collect and analyse market and competitor information and share findings with management.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, escalate complex customer issues to supervisors, and ensure compliance with company policies and insurance requirements.
