About the Role
Join SupportRoom, a cutting-edge AI-driven behavioral intelligence company, to drive our international expansion. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in scaling our presence across the UK, Europe, and specifically the GCC region, helping organizations build healthier and more performant teams through our PulseIQ and Vipani AI platforms.
Main Missions
- Execute high-impact outbound prospecting strategies via cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn to engage senior decision-makers (HR, People & Culture, Risk, Operations, and C-Suite).
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and strategic partnership prospects to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Deliver consultative presentations of SupportRoom’s AI platforms to potential clients.
- Manage multi-channel outreach sequences and maintain meticulous records within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and international outbound strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong interest in international markets, with a specific focus or exposure to the GCC region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level executives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting performance KPIs.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a global growth strategy.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in modern sales stacks: HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Aircall, Surfe, or Maqsam.
- Expertise in multi-channel prospecting (Cold Calling, Social Selling, Email Sequencing).
- Consultative selling and lead qualification techniques.
- Strategic market research and prospect identification.
- Fluency in English (essential for international markets).
