Sales Development Representative

About the role

VAI is seeking a Sales Development Representative based in Lebanon to drive growth in the UK and US markets. This outbound sales role focuses on identifying target organisations, engaging decision‑makers, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels across the UK and US.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists, personalize outreach, and qualify prospects based on business needs.
• Book qualified meetings and maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outbound campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Proven B2B outbound prospecting with strong cold‑calling and objection‑handling skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, persistent and able to work independently in a remote environment.
