Sales Development Representative (FMCG Broker)

About the role

A global FMCG broker is looking for an inbound SDR to generate and qualify new trade opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for producers, distributors and supermarket buyers, running high-volume outreach and working closely with the commercial team to turn leads into qualified meetings. The role is fully remote, open to Europe and MENA, and covers both inbound and outbound activity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 22,000+ inbound leads and qualify them
• Set up and manage accounts on sales and outreach platforms such as LinkedIn, email tools and a CRM
• Build and run an email pipeline covering the inbound lead database
• Run outbound campaigns by email, LinkedIn, phone and messaging to warm and cold leads
• Follow up quickly on inbound leads and trade enquiries
• Qualify opportunities on fit, volume and readiness to trade
• Book high-quality meetings for the commercial and broker team
• Create and extend company and FMCG product presentations
• Keep accurate records in Odoo CRM and manage pipeline stages

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years in B2B sales, brokerage or trading; an FMCG background is a plus
• Comfortable managing large outbound and inbound lead pipelines
• Strong outbound and cold calling skills, able to personalise outreach at scale
• Presentation skills for building and pitching company and product decks
• Hunter mindset: proactive, persistent, closing-oriented and data-driven
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Odoo CRM (beginner level is accepted)
• Quick learning of new sales platforms
