Sales Development Representative – ERP Solutions

About the role
Azkatech is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for its Odoo ERP solutions. You will work closely with the sales manager and the sales team to build a robust pipeline of prospects across Lebanon, the GCC, and Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, referrals, networking, and email to identify new sales opportunities.
- Research prospects, understand their needs, and recommend the appropriate Odoo configuration.
- Schedule meetings and calls between potential customers and senior sales executives.
- Maintain early‑stage relationships and hand off qualified leads with detailed notes.
- Track activity and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM and report results weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in sales prospecting, SDR, or BDR roles.
- Strong phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP solutions.
