Coffee Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Coffee Specialist to represent the Nespresso brand in our boutique. You will welcome, advise, and guide a clientele that values premium coffee experiences while ensuring the boutique meets the highest visual and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the boutique’s appearance, ensuring it is well‑ordered, properly equipped, and visually appealing.
• Restock display cubicles with capsules, machines, and accessories daily.
• Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product and service advice.
• Introduce Club members to coffee tasting and promote the full range of Nespresso products.
• Perform an initial analysis of reported machine breakdowns and direct customers to after‑sales service.
• Drive sales of coffee, machines, and accessories through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Handle cash transactions, process credit‑card payments, and reconcile tills according to company procedures.
• Register new boutique customers, open accounts, and keep the customer database up to date.

Required profile

• At least secondary school education.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in direct customer sales of premium products.
• Proven success as a Coffee Specialist or similar retail role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for cash‑till and sales reporting.
