Sales Development Representative – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our Beirut office. In this full‑time position you will drive new business by generating leads, prospecting, and turning prospects into long‑term partners for Massyve Technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the technology and digital marketing sectors.
• Conduct outreach, cold‑calling and email campaigns to generate leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present Massyve’s web, mobile, AI and cybersecurity services and articulate their value.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and support deal closure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation, preferably in tech or digital services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation.
