Sales Coordinator

About the role

Intoact International is seeking a full‑time Sales Coordinator to join its Beirut office. The role supports the sales team by handling day‑to‑day operations, preparing proposals, tracking leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Manage outreach campaigns, maintain communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, track leads, and update the CRM or sales databases.
• Schedule client meetings, training sessions, and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Handle incoming inquiries and ensure timely communication across teams.
• Prepare sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and support digital‑marketing and training campaigns from a sales perspective.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, document contracts and agreements accurately.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and customer service with the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, collaborate in a team‑driven environment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
• Basic reporting and data‑analysis capabilities.
