Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will work full‑time on‑site in Beirut, engaging both prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life and protection insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations, explain policy features and benefits, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Follow up with clients throughout the decision‑making and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.
• Collaborate with the broader team to achieve sales and service targets.
• Participate in training and development activities.

Required profile

• Strong customer satisfaction and service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and ability to simplify complex information.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with basic knowledge of life and protection insurance products.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ability to build long‑term trust with diverse clients.
• Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or customer‑facing sales; degree in Business, Finance or related field is a plus.
• Valid BACC II and personal vehicle; ability to work on‑site in Beirut.
