Sales Consultant

About the role

Stone Bridge Agency, a licensed financial advisory firm partnered with MetLife, is looking for energetic and client‑focused Sales Consultants to promote a range of protection, savings, retirement and investment solutions to individuals, families and business owners in Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and relationship building.
• Conduct professional client meetings to assess financial needs and objectives.
• Present and explain tailored financial and insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the client’s financial journey.
• Educate clients on wealth protection, risk management and financial planning.
• Achieve individual sales and business development targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Lebanese Baccalaureate Certificate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and goal‑driven.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Experience in sales, banking, insurance, finance, customer service or business development is an advantage.
