Account Manager Marketplace

About the role

Reporting directly to the Marketplace Lead, you will own the management, optimization, and growth of client accounts on Amazon. Your primary objective is to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining open communication with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and collaborate with stakeholders to align on strategies and achieve overall business objectives.
• Manage and optimize Amazon accounts to maximize sales and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility, improve rankings, and drive traffic.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Analyze performance data and report results.
• Provide strong operational support to the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Amazon Account Manager or similar role with a track record of sales growth.
• Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, advertising options, and SEO techniques.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to adapt to evolving marketplace trends.
• Eager to learn and grow with the company.
