About the role

The Sales Associate welcomes customers, understands their needs, and assists them in selecting linen, décor, and home accessories. The role ensures excellent customer service, proper product display, and a tidy shop environment.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
Recommend suitable linen and décor items based on customer needs.
Provide product information on materials, sizes, prices, and care instructions.
Maintain proper product displays and keep the shop organized.
Handle sales transactions, issue receipts, and operate the POS system.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
Participate in inventory counts when required.
Meet monthly sales targets set by management.
Handle customer complaints professionally.

Required profile

Female candidate.
Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in linen, décor, or home accessories.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Friendly, presentable, and team‑oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
