About the role

AIHOM-ISTIKBAL is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join its showroom team in Jounieh. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the buying journey and ensuring a high‑standard shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing personalized service.
• Present, promote, and sell furniture and décor items using persuasive arguments.
• Maintain showroom standards, complete daily checklists, and manage seasonal inventories.
• Create and arrange window and interior displays as directed by Visual Merchandising.
• Price items, monitor stock levels, and order missing merchandise.
• Advise customers on size, style, color, fabric, and wood choices that suit their homes.
• Measure items on‑site, unroll fabric samples, and close sales transactions.
• Coordinate delivery, inspect items before hand‑over, and follow up post‑purchase.
• Track sales targets, report customer insights, and contribute to product development ideas.

Required profile

• Background in interior design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and selling abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
• Ability to build immediate credibility and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets.
