Sales Associate - Fashion Retail

About the role

BeytMod is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Associate in Beirut. The associate welcomes and assists customers, gives product information and styling suggestions, and works toward individual and store targets while supporting promotions and improving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, give product information and styling suggestions
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store clean and organized
• Replenish stock and handle returns and exchanges
• Process sales transactions and manage cash and point-of-sale operations
• Support promotional activities and work with the team and management to improve sales performance

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, marketing or fashion is a plus
• Prior retail or sales experience preferred; familiarity with premium or lifestyle brands is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for long periods and cope with a fast pace
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; other regional languages are beneficial
