Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join our store in Jal el Dib. You will guide clients through their in‑store experience, from greeting them to recommending the perfect dresses for any occasion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, understand their needs and suggest suitable dresses.
• Manage fitting appointments, assist with try‑ons, and handle rental orders and returns.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing displays.
• Process payments, update inventory records and ensure accurate order processing.
• Provide after‑sales support to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold service and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to create welcoming, inclusive experiences.
• Effective communication and sales skills to understand client needs and present options.
• Excellent organization to manage appointments, inventory and order processing.
• Previous retail, fashion or showroom experience is a plus.
• Interest in fashion trends and styling, with the ability to advise on looks and fits.
• Reliability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and peak event seasons.
