Sales Account Manager

About the role

As a Sales Account Manager at PROCOMIX Technology Group, you will build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales and revenue growth. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction with our Microsoft‑based solutions and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for inquiries and issue resolution.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue within current accounts.
• Conduct regular business reviews and client satisfaction assessments.
• Prospect new clients, present PROCOMIX products, and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical support to design customized solutions.
• Monitor account metrics such as revenue growth, client satisfaction, and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with customer support to address technical or service‑related problems and guide clients through implementation and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Solutions and technologies (on‑premises and Cloud).
• Understanding of Microsoft licensing models, especially CSP.
