About the role

DEKERS is seeking a full‑time Retail Salesperson to join its curated concept store in Zalka. Working on‑site from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, you will help create an elevated shopping experience for customers seeking timeless elegance and contemporary fashion.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain the store’s visual presentation and organize merchandise on the floor.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and stay updated on the latest fashion trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• Proven retail sales abilities and effective sales techniques.
• Solid product knowledge to provide accurate advice.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or retail training is advantageous.
