Restaurant Team Members – Waiters, Runners, Pizza & Kitchen Staff

About the role

Join the culinary and service team at Omelette S.A.L., a growing restaurant brand expanding its operations in Lebanon. We are looking for energetic individuals to fill a variety of on‑site positions, including wait staff, runners, pizza makers and kitchen crew.

Key responsibilities

• Waiters & Service Staff: Provide attentive table service, handle guest requests and keep the dining area running smoothly.
• Runners: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables quickly and accurately.
• Pizza Staff: Prepare dough, stretch, top and bake pizzas to the company’s quality and presentation standards.
• Kitchen Crew: Assist with food preparation, line cooking, station organization and maintain strict kitchen sanitation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a high‑volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work well in a team and stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety, cleanliness and service quality.

Required skills

• Pizza dough preparation and oven baking.
• Food preparation, line cooking and station organization.
• Kitchen sanitation and hygiene compliance.
