Supervisor – Family Entertainment & Arcade Games

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead the family entertainment and arcade area of Cosmofun. You will ensure a fun, safe, and high‑quality experience for guests while managing daily operations and a diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests on game rules, motivate participation, and handle complaints or incidents promptly.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules, manage security and stewarding teams, and coach all team members.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, daily logs, and reconciliation of cash and system reports.
• Monitor inventory, reorder merchandise based on par levels, and ensure proper presentation and safety standards.
• Maintain equipment condition, coordinate minor repairs, and ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations.
• Generate operational reports (e.g., POS, photo‑booth counters) and support the Facility Manager in decision‑making during their absence.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality or entertainment venue management.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Cash handling and basic financial reconciliation.
• Inventory management.
